LINGMEI WANG
B.S. in Engineering (China), MBA in Human
Resource Management (USA), Principle member of Recruitment
Consulting Services Australia, Registered Migration Agent of
Australia (0005485), Principle member of Migration Institute of
Australia.

In her earlier years, Ms Wang was a lecturer for
Business Management in China, then as Chief Business Consultant of
Union Carbide of USA for its operation in China. Later she started
to work Towers Perrin, a global Human Resource Consulting firm as
the Chief Consultant for China. In 1996, Ms Wang was appointed as
the Manager of Overseas Recruitment of Adecco Australia, the number
one staffing company of the world. Since then, Ms Wang has been
involved in Australian government policy discussions in relation to
employment and immigration representing employment industry.
Ms Wang has been an executive director and Chief
Consultant for Chinalink since 1999.

MICHAEL FLEMMING
B.A in Commerce, BA in Law, Master of Law. Member
of Law Institute of Victoria in Australia. Registered Barrister for
all law courts in Australia.
Mr. Flemming has over 30 years experience in all areas of law
as a

solicitor and barrister in Australia. He is the
founder of the famous law firm, Michael Flemming & Associates in Australia.
As Mr. Flemming is very familiar with all possible legal issues
in running business in Australia, he is able to provide tailored
solutions on how to avoid these potential problems, or reduce the
impact on your business operation. Mr. Flemming is qualified for
Immigration consulting. He can offer tailored visa package services
especially for business people who want to set up their businesses
in Australia.

GORDON DONG
Bachelor of International Trade, Master of Accounting, China. PhD
in Finance in Australia
Dr Dong worked in Finance Ministry of China in the early years.
He was then appointed as consultant in Anderson Australia,

specializing in the financial consultancy for Chinese market.
Dr Dong then took the position of Executive Director of Somerset
& Morgan Merchant Bank, running the business in Australia and
Asia. Dr Dong was one of the founders of Austar Group which is the main foundation
support of Chinalink. He is currently a director of Chinalink, and
Chief Consultant for Business Investment. |

JANE HOU
Bachelor of International Trade, Master in Financial Audit, Member
of Chartered Accountants Association Australia.
In her early years, Jane worked for Chinese government in Central
Audit Unit under the Ministry of Finance. In 1990, the Telstra

Australia, the Tele-communication giant of Australia, recruited
her. 1993, Jane helped to set up Chinalink International, forming a consulting
unit under the company. In 1995, she was appointed as the Finance
Manager for Icon Recruitment of Australia, a famous company in IT
recruitment industry. In 1999, she was appointed as the Financial
Controller of Adecco Group for its operation in Asian countries.
Jane Hou is now a director for Chinalink and the Chief Financial
